Social media management  

Wearing lots of hats! At MYNDUP,  as it's a startup company, I often had to adapt and take on responsibilities that might be different to what my role entailed. One responsibility I took on was managing our social media. I planned our monthly socials, was the point of contact, created the concept, designed and executed the graphics, wrote caption copy and the copy on the graphics. I also scheduled the posts and kept track of any interactions (comments and messages) on our socials.

Educational carousel posts 

At MYNDUP we created a lot educational content for clients on different subjects relating to mental health and wellbeing. Such as blogs, webinars, booklets, workshops, podcasts and more. To make the most of this content I often repurposed some of the material and created educational social posts.

Average wait time for an EAP vs MYNDUP:

Getting mental health support via an EAP is often long-winded and not the most effective solution for staff 😣

And what's more... being faced with a long wait can only worsen the situation someone is in.

We teamed up to play a festive quiz! 💪

Attempted (some better than others) to play a very fun game of bowling! 🎳

Followed by some delicious food, lots of drinks and all around great memories! 🥂 ✨

Company bake off for Brew Monday, culture post:

This week the MYNDUP team got together to catch up over some sweet treats! 🍰

In honour of Brew Monday the culture committee organised a little pick-me-up for the team.

There was a selection of delicious home-made baked goods, that the team could try and vote for their favourite! As well as a chance to donate to Mind in the City, a local mental health charity that provides life-saving service in the community.  💛

It was an all-round great day in the office! 💫

Social media schedule set in Asana:

Below is an example of how I planned our monthly agenda for our socials using the task management tool Asana. Each post was scheduled to a day and coloured coded depending on the type of post. Inside each ticket you could add a description of the post, keep colleagues updated, and create subtasks to break down smaller tasks.
