Avast website redesign

One of the main projects I worked on whilst working for Avast was the redesign of the company CCleaner, that was owned by Avast, website. Me and two other designers created a new visual style for CCleaner. We hoped to modernise the website and give it a fresh, playful look, whilst improving the customers experience and hopefully increasing revenue. For this project I collaborated closely with other designers and website developers as well as copy writers and Marketing.
The aim was to improve the appearance of CCleaner's website but we also created a new modular design system that assisted the developers and a website library on Figma for all the new assets, such as colour palette, typography, grid systems, icons and more.

We designed the new pages for desktop, mobile and tablet if it was needed. This meant we had a separate libraries for mobile, desktop and tablet that had slightly guidelines. We wanted to make sure the designs were accessible and easy to use on all devices.

Product UI illustration
CCleaner is a digital product, so it was important we incorporated the UI in the illustration style to advertise the product.

Email banners:
One of my responsibilities was to design email banners to advise product launches, new features, sales & offers, and other general updates from the company.

Display Ads:
Below is a couple examples of website advertisement I worked on. Online Ads, such as Banner Ads, IPM's, Pop Up Ads and more, was another one of my responsibilities at CCleaner which I worked closely with Marketing on.

Illustration colour palette guidelines
We also created guidelines for our illustrations, buttons, colours and product UI. Below is an example of the visual style we developed for light background, dark background and an example of how it's adapted for two of our Black Friday and Cyber Monday campaigns.
